Tom Carr, Board President
Tom Carr is a New Jersey native who received his BA in business administration from the University of Cincinnati and began his accounting and auditing career with PPG Industries. He also holds an MBA from the University of Hartford, which he earned while working as assistant controller for Hamilton Test Systems, a subsidiary of United Technologies, Inc., in Hartford, Connecticut.
Alan L. Stein, Board Member
Phoenix native Alan Stein is a retired logistics professional currently splitting his time between Tucson and Fairfax, Virginia. Alan most recently served as vice president of Logistics Management at CALIBRE Systems, a logistics and management services firm in Alexandria, Virginia. At CALIBRE, Alan’s portfolio included optimization of supply chains, management, and financial performance in defense industrial maintenance depots, arsenals, and ammunition factories.
Dale Butcher, Board Member
Dale Butcher was born and raised in Tucson and attended Northern Arizona University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He earned his CPA certificate while working for Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young) in Phoenix.
